El intendente de La Plata y exfuncionarios fueron procesados por el juez Kreplak en la causa en la que se investiga la persecución al sindicalista de la construcción Juan Pablo “Pata” Medina.
Buenos Aires.- El intendente de La Plata, Julio Garro, exfuncionarios del gobierno de María Eugenia Vidal y exdirectivos de la Agencia Federal de Inteligencia (AFI) fueron procesados este jueves por el juez federal Ernesto Kreplak, en la causa en la que se investiga el armado de una “mesa judicial bonaerense” que habría coordinado acciones ilegales para perseguir al sindicalista de la construcción Juan Pablo “Pata” Medina.
Se trata del expediente que se inició a partir de una nota de un diario nacional tras el hallazgo, entre los archivos digitales de la AFI, de la grabación de una reunión llevada a cabo en junio de 2017 en la sede porteña del Banco Provincia, y a la que asistieron los procesados y también un grupo empresarios de la construcción de La Plata, a los que el juez les dictó la falta de mérito.
Los procesados son el exministro Villegas; el intendente Garro; el exsubsecretario de Justicia bonaerense Adrián Grassi; el senador provincial de Cambiemos Juan Pablo Allan y los exdirectivos de la AFI Juan Sebastián Destéfano (Asuntos Jurídicos), Diego Dalamu Pereyra (Contrainteligencia) y Dario Biorci (exjefe de Gabinete de la subdirección de la AFI).
A todos los procesados el juez les trabó embargos por 10 millones de pesos, mientras que en la misma resolución dispuso la falta de mérito para el exministro de Planificación bonaerense Roberto Gigante y para los empresarios que participaron de la reunión del Bapro.
En aquella reunión celebrada el 15 de junio de 2017, al entonces ministro de Trabajo de Vidal se le escuchó decir: “Créeme que, si yo pudiera tener, y esto te lo voy a desmentir en cualquier parte, si yo pudiera tener una Gestapo (la policía política del nazismo), una fuerza de embestida para terminar con todos los gremios, lo haría”.
En el fallo, de casi 250 páginas, el magistrado describe las maniobras que se le atribuyen a los procesados que habrían llevado a violar la ley de Inteligencia y a que se dictaran fallos judiciales arbitrarios en perjuicio del sindicalista de la Uocra platense.
