WhatsApp está probando una nueva funcionalidad que sugiere stickers según escribes en función de palabras clave. Facilitará el uso a quienes usen stickers a través de la inteligencia artificial desarrollada por la aplicación, esta se llamará: Sugerencia de stickers.
El algoritmo utilizará la conversación para interpretarla y en función de lo que está escrito, recomendará stickers, con el fin de hacer más entretenido el uso.
WABetaInfo dio a conocer en un posteo que la función analizará la primera palabra escrita en la barra de chat y, si coincide con cualquier sticker guardado en su biblioteca, se mostrará una sugerencia. El ícono de sticker se verá diferente cuando hay una sugerencia, y además, agregó: El usuario puede tocar ese ícono y verá todas las sugerencias en WhatsApp.
Una vez la función esté completamente integrada en WhatsApp, servirá como una forma de encontrar rápidamente stickers relacionados con el mensaje que se está redactando.
Hay que tener en cuenta que, tal como está especificada esta funcionalidad, queda limitada a los stickers oficiales del servicio. Es decir, los stickers de terceros creadas a partir de aplicaciones como Sticker Maker no son compatibles con esta función. Y es que para que funcione se necesita que cada sticker está etiquetado con una palabra clave identificativa.
De momento, y como suele ser habitual con estas funciones de WhatsApp, no hay fecha de lanzamiento. Tampoco se sabe cuándo llegará de forma general a las diferentes betas de la app para iOS y Android.
