Se lanzó la colecta anual de Cáritas 2021

Bajo el lema “En tiempo difíciles, compartamos más” el obispo de la ciudad inició la campaña de recolección de fondos que, en este caso, será de manera virtual.

Encabezada por del Padre Obispo, Mons. Gabriel Mestre, Presidente de Cáritas Mar del Plata, se realizó el lanzamiento oficial de la Colecta Anual de Cáritas, a realizarse los días Sábado 12 y Domingo 13 de Junio.

Bajo el lema “En tiempos difíciles, compartamos más”, se dió a conocer el destino de la misma, que este año se destinará a la educación.

Acompañado por Roberto Benzo, Director de Cáritas Mar del Plata y Mónica Aguerrido, Vice Directora de la entidad, el Obispo resaltó la importancia de la Educación, sobre todo en los más jóvenes. “El futuro de nuestra Patria se va a dirimir en la educación”, expresó.

Adaptándonos al contexto actual de pandemia y restricciones, la colecta se realizará, sobre todo por medios digitales, tales como transferencias bancarias o a través de Mercado Pago. (www.caritasmardelplata.org.ar).

Dependiendo de las posibilidades de cada localidad de la Diócesis, se podrá contar, además, con la presencia de las tradicionales alcancías en los templos.

En este momento, lo que necesitamos es la oportunidad de cambiar, de hacer lugar para que pueda surgir eso nuevo que necesitamos. Es el momento para soñar en grande, para repensar nuestras prioridades –lo que valoramos, lo que queremos, lo que buscamos- y para comprometernos en lo pequeño y actuar en función de lo que hemos soñado… Dios nos pide que nos atrevamos a crear algo nuevo”, indicaron.
