Con motivo de la celebración por el Día de la Bandera, se realizó un encuentro en el que además de la vicepresidenta contó con la participación del ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Jorge Ferraresi; y el secretario general de la CTA, Hugo Yasky, entre otros.
La vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner aseguró este lunes que “la unidad del Frente de Todos no estuvo ni estará en discusión”, advirtió que “el endeudamiento criminal de los cuatro años del macrismo” es la causa principal de los problemas económicos y pidió una mayor “coordinación” entre los distintos organismos del Estado para frenar “el festival de importaciones” que incide sobre la capacidad de acumular reservas.
En un plenario de la CTA realizado en Avellaneda bajo la consigna “La vigencia de Belgrano. Estado, mercado y precios: producción, trabajo y política social en una Argentina bimonetaria”, la Vicepresidenta hizo una exposición centrada en la coyuntura económica en la que exhortó a ejercer un mayor control sobre las grandes empresas, mientras que en materia política garantizó la continuidad de la coalición oficialista: “La unidad del Frente de Todos nunca estuvo ni estará en discusión”.
En el predio del Parque La Estación, hasta donde llegaron 1.800 delegados de la CTA de todo el país y miles de militantes que colmaron los espacios aledaños, la titular del Senado pronunció un discurso focalizado en los efectos de las importaciones, el déficit y la evasión de activos para concluir en que “este proceso ultra inflacionario que vivimos en Argentina es producto del endeudamiento criminal de los cuatro años del macrismo”.
En ese sentido, precisó también que “el gran y real problema de la Argentina es la bimonetarización” porque en el país “no faltan dólares”, sino que “se evaden con un festival de importaciones” y por eso, planteó, “debemos pensar cómo articular más adecuadamente el Banco Central, el Ministerio de la Producción y la AFIP”.
“Esta articulación no estaría sucediendo desde hace tiempo porque hay un festival de importaciones”, insistió la Vicepresidenta, que en el palco estuvo acompañada por el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Jorge Ferraresi, y el secretario general de la CTA de los Trabajadores y diputado nacional por el FdT, Hugo Yasky.
Allí, la expresidenta se explayó sobre la urgencia de que el Estado actúe articuladamente para ejercer un mayor control de algunas prácticas de grupos empresarios, como la sobrefacturación de importaciones y subfacturación de exportaciones, y en ese punto dijo que esperaba que “la presencia de Daniel Scioli en el Ministerio de Producción y el nuevo titular de Aduana (por Guillermo Michel) puedan encauzar las cosas“.
Ante los aplausos de los dirigentes presentes en el auditorio, Cristina Kirchner señaló: “A mí no me interesa quedar bien con ningún funcionario. A mí me interesa quedar bien con la sociedad, con los argentinos que nos votaron y a eso no voy a renunciar”.
La Vicepresidenta también negó que la causa de la inflación sean el déficit fiscal y la presión tributaria -para eso se valió de cuadros estadísticos con cifras comparativas de países desarrollados y emergentes- y luego rechazó un precepto clásico del neoliberalismo, la reducción del Estado, al subrayar que “el Estado es imprescindible” y que “la reducción al mínimo del Estado es algo que solo queda bien como discurso de ocasión en los medios”.
Durante su mensaje que se extendió por más de una hora, criticó a los “empresarios que miran para otro lado” cuando se describen irregularidades o maniobras que perjudican el interés colectivo, llamó al Estado a recuperar la administración y auditoría de los planes sociales, cuya gestión “no debe ser tercerizada”, marcó, y alertó que en la Argentina “no hay Poder Judicial, sino un Partido Judicial que ha tomado partido por los poderosos”.
Tras finalizar su exposición, Cristina Kirchner hizo un breve discurso frente a los militantes de diferentes agrupaciones políticas y sindicales que habían seguido el plenario sindical desde los alrededores del predio, a través de una pantalla gigante.
