Los choferes, además, proponen dejar establecido que, debido a la inflación, la discusión en torno al valor de la tarifa no se abra una sino dos veces al año, o bien dejar asentada una cláusula gatillo para mitigar el consecuente incremento del combustible, los repuestos e insumos de limpieza y mantenimiento de los vehículos.
Otro de los cambios que propone este sector de taxistas es que la vida útil de los taxis en la calle vuelva a ser de 14 años, como ocurría anteriormente. En los últimos años se reglamentó que los taxis no deben tener más de 10 años de antigüedad. “Hay muchos que están al límite de los 10 años y el valor de los O km e incluso de algunos usados semi nuevos es inaccesible”, apuntó Rodríguez.
