Buenos Aires.- El presidente Alberto Fernández pidió “darle una oportunidad al diálogo” para “construir una realidad distinta en un país lleno de urgencias” y consideró que “el mayor problema” que tiene la Argentina “es la inflación”, al encabezar la presentación de la Agenda Temática Federal y Productiva para este año del Consejo Económico y Social (CES) en el Centro Cultural Kirchner (CCK).
“Probamos muchas veces en pelearnos, discutir y hasta una vez nos bombardearon”, expresó el jefe de Estado y en ese sentido preguntó “por qué una vez no probamos con sentarnos a una mesa y nos contamos qué nos pasa; y hagamos una suerte de terapia de grupo y encontremos una solución en conjunto, dialogada“.
En ese contexto, pidió “dale una oportunidad al diálogo para construir una realidad distinta en un país lleno de urgencias” y consideró que “el mayor problema que tiene la Argentina es la inflación”.
Ante los aplausos de representantes de los distintos sectores empresariales, gremiales y de movimientos sociales, el Presidente destacó: “Argentinos, démonos una vez la oportunidad al diálogo para ver si podemos construir algo nuevo, algo distinto”.
“Quiero soñar que esta sensación de que tanta muerte y dolor no haya sido en vano y podamos empezar a construir un país diferente donde tanta injusticia y desigualdad desaparezca y donde la pobreza no sea solo un problema solo de los pobres sino de todos nosotros”, apuntó.
En su discurso, el primer mandatario remarcó que “el mundo debe entender que no podemos seguir viviendo en el mundo que vivíamos porque era profundamente injusto” y dijo que “necesitamos que cambie en sus lógicas de producción, pero fundamentalmente de la especulación, porque necesitamos una mejor distribución del ingreso en el mundo”.
En esa línea señaló: “Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es privilegiar al que invierte para que se produzca, se de trabajo y se desarrolle”.
“Lo que queremos es el capitalismo que invierte, arriesga, da trabajo, produce, genera, desarrolla, que no es lo mismo que crecer, porque muchas veces el crecimiento genera que los millones queden en unos pocos bolsillos y la pobreza se distribuye entre millones”, sentenció y manifestó que “por eso, nosotros queremos que la Argentina se desarrolle”.
Asimismo, llamó a reconocer a los actores de la economía informal para “incorporarlos a la realidad argentina”, porque los trabajadores de esas actividades “son una realidad que llegaron para quedarse por muchos años”, y consideró que “lo que se derrama en una economía va a los bolsillos de los poderosos, no a los pobres”.
Por otra parte, preguntó: “¿No nos dimos cuenta lo que pasó?” y sostuvo que “estamos discutiendo lo obvio”, porque la pandemia “puso en evidencia la inutilidad de la lógica de la especulación financiera y que el mundo se está recuperando gracias a la estructura de la producción real porque el dinero de los especuladores se evaporó”.
Así, planteó que se tiene que “construir otra realidad, porque la especulación financiera es muy frágil y no sirve de nada”.
“No nos alcanzó con tanta muerte para decidir cambiar”, reflexionó y consideró que “parece que la humanidad no aprende. Ahora una guerra entre los poderosos Rusia, Estados Unidos y Europa en el medio. Esta es una guerra donde la economía entra en juego y, como estamos globalizados, todos quedamos afectados por esa guerra”.
El jefe de Estado, en otra parte de su exposición, señaló que con este plan que presenta el Consejo “proyectamos una Argentina a futuro”, pero “la Argentina tiene urgencias y una de ellas es la inflación que en gran medida, hay que entender, que es problema nuestro”.
