El hecho sucedió tras un operativo en el barrio Constitución. El agente se desempeña en el cargo desde el año 1991.
“El Municipio informa a través de la Secretaría de Seguridad que se le está iniciando un sumario al agente municipal Juan Ramón Fernández, que desde el 2 de enero de 1991 forma parte de la planta personal y que presta funciones en el área de Tránsito, por agredir y amenazar a una persona que lo estaba grabando con un teléfono celular en un operativo vehicular”, señalaron desde la Municipalidad a través de comunicado a los medios de prensa.
La situación se dio hace pocos días en el marco de un operativo de tránsito desarrollado en la Plaza Cristo Rey, ubicada en Sagastizabal y Pedraza, del barrio Constitución.
