El Gobierno nacional autorizó a las prepagas a implementar en sus cuotas un aumento bimestral de hasta 11,34%.
Buenos Aires.- El Gobierno nacional autorizó a las empresas de medicina prepagas a implementar un aumento bimestral de hasta un 11,34% en sus cuotas y que podrán aplicar a partir de Agosto.
La medida fue tomada a través de la resolución 1293/2022 del Ministerio de Salud que fue publicada el jueves pasado en el Boletín Oficial.
La norma, que lleva la firma de la ministra Carla Vizzotti, aprobó el Índice de Costos de Salud, que contempla la evolución de los rubros de recursos humanos, medicamentos, insumos médicos y otros insumos significativos.
Por la Resolución 867/2022 se habían autorizado en abril incrementos bimestrales en el valor de las cuotas de las Entidades de Medicina Prepaga inscriptas en el Registro Nacional de Entidades de Medicina Prepaga (RNEMP) con un “límite máximo la variación del Índice de Costos de Salud”.
Al 30 de junio, el cálculo de este Índice -que volverá a ser calculado al último día de agosto y octubre- arrojó una variación de 11,34%.
“Este porcentaje representan la proporción máxima en que las entidades de medicina prepaga podrán aumentar los valores de cuota de sus planes, pudiendo aplicar aumentos en una proporción menor o no aplicar aumentos”, aclararon desde el Ministerio de Salud.
En cualquier caso, previo a efectivizar los aumentos que definan, las empresas deberán informar el porcentaje de aumento a aplicar.
En ese sentido, las prepagas en las últimas horas comenzaron a enviar a sus asociados notificaciones de cambios en las cuotas.
“De acuerdo con la Resolución 1293/2022 del Ministerio de Salud de la Nación y la publicación realizada en la página de la Superintendencia de Servicios de Salud, se dispusieron aumentos generales, complementarios y acumulativos con respecto a los autorizados anteriormente”, afirmaron desde una de las principales empresas del sector.
Por tal motivo, precisaron, “el importe de nuestra tarifa mensual aumentará en un 11,34% para la cuota de agosto de 2022 (con vencimiento en septiembre de 2022)”.
Según las empresas, este incremento permitirá “hacer frente a los incrementos sucesivos en los costos de los precios de medicamentos e insumos, las paritarias del sector salud y nuevas coberturas, así como para seguir manteniendo la calidad de servicio que te ofrecemos”.
