Crimen en el balneario: ¿Quién es Mauricio Ríos? el anfitrión del cumpleaños

Es un reconocido empresario local acusado de usurpar una casa en Cariló y con vinculaciones con el testaferro, Rudy Ulloa, ex chofer de Néstor Kirchner.

Un violento episodio sucedió este sábado por la noche en una fiesta de cumpleaños realizada en Horizonte Club de Playa, en donde tras la negativa a ingresar al festejo a un hombre que no estaba invitado éste ocasionó un desenlace violento: primero fracturó a una persona y luego mató de un disparo a Maximiliano Rihll, de 44 años, que habría intentado hacer de mediador para tranquilizar al agresor, que luego escapó.

El anfitrión del evento fue Mauricio Damián Ríos, empresario que fue desalojado durante la pandemia de una propiedad de Cariló y que ahora afronta una causa penal por usurpación.

El hecho se produjo en la puerta de ingreso de un salón de fiestas, cuando un hombre baleó a otro y se dio a la fuga. El homenajeado, de 51 años, también es conocido por ser un presunto testaferro de Rudy Ulloa, un exchofer de Néstor Kirchner que se convirtió en un millonario empresario en Santa Cruz.

Ríos fue propietario de una cadena de minimercados, de un balneario donde afrontó problemas por cuestiones con pago de salarios a guardavidas y también un restaurante, que hoy está cerrado.

Según información judicial, Ríos es deudor irrecuperable de la categoría 5, ya que tiene una deuda por cheques impagos por casi 18 millones de pesos. Además, tiene 721 cheques rechazados y está en quiebra declarada en el juzgado civil y comercial 6 de Mar del Plata.

Años atrás, quiso utilizar la cláusula de Cristóbal López para adherirse a la moratoria y poder levantar la quiebra. Con toda esta deuda y ante este panorama, en febrero de 2019 le pidió autorización al juez para irse de vacaciones a Punta Cana.

En 2020, un video de Ríos, que luego fue borrado, se había viralizado. En las imágenes, aparece el hombre con importantes cadenas doradas en cuello, mientras baila en la casa usurpada con costosas botellas de champagne y whisky. La grabación, que fue subida a las redes sociales, expuso a Ríos, uno de los seis imputados por usurpación de vivienda en Cariló.

El hecho se conoció cuando la propietaria llegó a su domicilio, en inmediaciones del Cariló Golf Club, y se percató de que su casa se encontraba habitada por extraños, que también la habían cambiado el color a la fachada e incluso le habían hecho algunas reformas.
