El Ministerio de Hábitat y Desarrollo Urbano de la provincia de Buenos Aires, a cargo de Agustín Simone, firmó hoy un convenio por $266 millones con el Sindicato de Luz y Fuerza de Mar del Plata, que permitirá la finalización de viviendas en esta ciudad balnearia.

Durante la reunión que se realizó en la sede del Sindicato de Luz y Fuerza de Mar del Plata, se firmó el convenio entre el administrador general de IVBA, Diego Menéndez y el secretario general sindical Sebastián Farías. Del acto participó el delegado local del IVBA, Mariano Zurita.
Tras la rúbrica, el administrador general Menéndez destacó en un comunicado que “se trata de una de las tantas obras que habían quedado paralizadas durante la gestión del Pro”.
“Hoy los y las bonaerenses saben que cuentan con un gobierno provincial decidido en el avance de obras que garanticen el acceso a la vivienda y al hábitat” aseveró.
En el mismo sentido precisó que las casas se construyen en modelos de planta baja y en dúplex, con una superficie de casi 67 metros cuadrados y están ubicadas en la avenida Peralta Ramos entre Mario Bravo y Benito Lynch, en el límite de los barrios ´El Martillo´ y ´Las Canteras´ de esta ciudad.
En diciembre, el gobernador Axel Kicillof y el ministro Simone hicieron entrega en Mar del Plata de 24 casas que forman parte de un complejo de 96 unidades del Barrio Esperanza, construidas por Raíces Cooperativa de Vivienda Ltda.
