Con la llegada del verano la ONG “Casa de 20” se prepara para su última Siembra de Libros del año en Mar del Plata y Batán, y por eso lanza una convocatoria para que todos los vecinos que lo deseen puedan acercar sus libros para sumar a la actividad. Este programa de promoción de la lectura y acceso al libro se repite en cada cambio de estación y ya es un clásico muy esperado por todos los vecinos.
La Siembra de libros es una campaña Internacional de promoción de la lectura que se realiza en cada cambio de estación, dejando libros en un espacio público. Durante los 4 años de vigencia del programa Casa de 20 coordinó este evento en nuestra ciudad, llegando a distribuir 27 mil libros de forma totalmente gratuita y con el apoyo de los vecinos, librerías, editoriales e instituciones locales.
En esta edición, la número 18º, Casa de 20 volverá a sembrar en espacios públicos, plaza fundacionales, paradas de colectivo, además de la apertura de su sede en la calle 20 de Septiembre 1744, donde todo aquel que lo desee puede ir el 21 de diciembre de 10 a 20 hs a llevar o buscar libros de manera gratuita el mismo día de la siembra, respetando los protocolos y con el uso del barbijo.
Para esta Siembra la ONG invita a todos los vecinos a participar donando libros de todas las temáticas y géneros que estén en buen estado (no se recibirán enciclopedias, material escolar de ningún nivel, fotocopias ni diccionarios por tomos).
Además se pueden acercar también cajas de cartón (tamaño zapatos), que serán utilizadas para la distribución de los libros. Para participar pueden hacerlo acercando sus donaciones a la sede de Casa de 20, en 20 de septiembre 1744 entre Rivadavia y San Martín, de lunes a viernes de 13 a 17 hs.
