Entre las 13 de ayer y las 7 de esta mañana los estudiantes que cursan el último año del secundario se inscribieron para formar parte del Programa Bonaerense de Turismo Estudiantil.
Buenos Aires.- Cinco mil estudiantes secundarios de escuelas públicas y privadas de la Provincia se inscribieron en menos de 24 horas para acceder a los viajes de egresados patrocinados por el gobierno bonaerense.
Entre las 13 de ayer y las 7 de esta mañana, un total de cinco mil jóvenes se registraron para formar parte del Programa Bonaerense de Turismo Estudiantil del Ministerio de Producción, Ciencia e Innovación Tecnológica bonaerense (https://viajefindecurso.gba.gob.ar).
El gobernador Axel Kicillof y su ministro de Producción, Augusto Costa, anunciaron esta medida a principios de octubre y estiman que beneficiará a alrededor de 220.000 alumnos que podrán viajar a distintos destinos de la provincia entre febrero y abril.
El plan cubre los traslados, la hotelería, las excursiones y la gastronomía por un monto de hasta 30.000 pesos por alumna o alumno. Los viajes podrán ser de entre dos o tres días.
La medida se enmarca en el Programa de Reactivación para el Turismo y busca, además, promover destinos bonaerenses fuera de temporada.
Luego de la preinscripción, y al finalizar el ciclo lectivo, cada estudiante deberá volver a ingresar a la web para elegir la fecha y el destino bonaerense preferido entre las opciones disponibles.
En función de las preferencias del curso y de la disponibilidad de plazas, se les asignará un destino y una agencia de turismo estudiantil con la cual definirán la fecha del viaje.
El programa, además, contempla la bonificación del viaje para un padre o una madre como acompañante cada veinte estudiantes y la posibilidad de unificar viajes en caso de cursos pequeños.
Las agencias de turismo que participen en el programa deberán cumplir con todo lo establecido por la Ley 25.599 y la Resolución 23/2014 del Ministerio de Turismo, por ejemplo, en lo referido a la contratación de seguros y en la provisión de un coordinador con credencial habilitante cada treinta y cinco estudiantes.
La administración provincial indicó que el patrocinio a los viajes de fin de curso “forma parte de un amplio programa de incentivo a la actividad turística, que también incluye subsidios a fiestas tradicionales regionales, exenciones impositivas a hoteles, alojamientos y comercios, y el lanzamiento de ReCreo, la plataforma de promoción de la agenda cultural y destinos turísticos de los 135 municipios bonaerenses”.
