El Concejo Deliberante aprobó hoy por unanimidad el proyecto que busca reimpulsar la actividad gastronómica en la zona de la calle Alem.
La iniciativa tuvo el apoyo de todos los bloques en una nueva sesión ordinaria y permitirá la habilitación de rubros que habían sido prohibidos en el sector, como “café, bar y restaurante”, “cafetería”, “parrilla y asador”, “picada y minutas” y “pizzería”.
El proyecto impulsado por la concejal radical Cristina Coria había tenido despacho favorable en las comisiones de Obras y Legislación. Durante su tratamiento en el recinto, la edil afirmó, convencida, que esta ordenanza permitirá darle “mayor impulso”y “crecimiento de la oferta gastronómica marplatense”.
No es que la actividad no exista en Alem y sus calles adyacentes, sino que no hubo nuevas habilitaciones desde que entre 2011 y 2012 se aprobaron las ordenanzas que pusieron fin al descontrol de la nocturnidad. Durante la década anterior a esas normas era habitual que se desvirtuaran los usos gastronómicos y los restaurantes se convirtieran a la madrugada en bares y boliches.
La ordenanza estableció un tope horario a las 2 de la mañana.
