Se trata del Indie Fest Campeche, que se realiza hace más de una década en con nutrida concurrencia. La banda marplatense es la única argentina entre las 12 seleccionadas en toda Hispanoamérica.
El Indie Fest Campeche es un festival y movimiento de música alternativa en el que se da espacio a los artistas alternativos y/o independientes de todas partes de Hispanoamérica para que presenten su propuesta.
La banda marplatense Supersol participará el 4 de diciembre próximo del Indie Fest Campeche, un reconocido festival de música independiente que se realiza en el sudeste de México.
En 2020, y en el marco de la pandemia del Covid-19, se celebraron los 10 años de existencia del show, que ahora se realiza bajo la modalidad de streaming grabado hasta tanto vuelvan los eventos con público masivo. Aún así, la organización del mismo sigue manteniendo su objetivo principal: promover, preservar y fomentar el desarrollo de la música alternativa e independiente entre los jóvenes del estado de Campeche y de la Región Sureste de México, en un ambiente que propicie el disfrute y la difusión de la cultura.
Estamos muy felices de haber sido elegidos para participar del Indie Fest Campeche. Sobre todo porque nos seleccionaron a través de redes sociales, por lo cual no conocemos a ningún jurado ni a ninguno de los organizadores. Esto nos motiva porque quiere decir que se fijaron íntegramente en lo que hacemos y nada más, señalaron los integrantes de Supersol tras enterarse de la noticia.
Al tomar conocimiento de la noticia, la Secretaría de Cultura de la Municipalidad de General Pueyrredon, a través de su titular, Carlos Balmaceda, declaró de “Interés Cultural” el logro del grupo marplatense de pop-rock formado en 2017 y su participación en el evento internacional, donde compartirá escenario con bandas de Chile, Colombia, España y México, entre otras.
