El Intendente completó ayer por la tarde una agenda con el ministro de Seguridad de Provincia de Buenos Aires, Sergio Berni, que incluyó la recorrida por la Comisaría 15ta recientemente trasladada a Parque Camet, y también el lugar para la instalación de la Unidad Táctica de Operaciones Inmediatas (UTOI) en la ciudad. También compartieron ideas en torno a la necesidad de fortalecer la formación policial.
Luego de la presentación del Anillo Digital para detectar patentes de vehículos y el sistema de georreferenciación de patrulleros que presentó ayer el intendente Guillermo Montenegro junto al ministro de Seguridad bonaerense, Sergio Berni, ambos compartieron una serie de actividades y el jefe comunal destacó el trabajo en conjunto “para hacer un mejor lugar para los vecinos”.
En este marco, el Intendente brindó detalles sobre el traslado de Comisaría 15ta a Parque Camet, ya que “antes no se tenía un buen lugar, en cualquier momento iban a ser desalojados”, y agregó: “Es importante darle las herramientas necesarias al recurso humano para que trabaje como corresponde, la cuota de combustible, el uniforme, el armamento”. Otro de los puntos que destacó fue la instalación de la Unidad Táctica de Operaciones Inmediatas (UTOI) en nuestra ciudad. “Sergio Berni confirmó ayer en la conferencia que se prevé pronto la instalación de un grupo especial UTOI a la ciudad, que es algo en lo que venimos trabajando hace rato, y aprovechamos su visita a la ciudad para recorrer algunos lugares para ver cuál sería el mejor espacio para que se instalen. Estamos trabajando para mejorar la ciudad, como hacemos siempre, dejando de lado cualquier diferencia partidaria o pertenencia a un espacio político. En materia de seguridad no podemos meter la política partidaria”, remarcó.
Seguidamente, el Intendente se refirió a la formación de cuadros policiales, y comentó que “con Berni estuvimos hablando sobre su idea de diseñar una planificación para la Policía de acá a 20 años. En ese sentido, estuvimos hablando sobre la realización de un encuentro con los 135 intendentes que se realizaría en Mar del Plata”.
Al respecto, precisó que “no es lo mismo un policía de una zona rural o en La Matanza. Eso hay que tenerlo escrito en un proyecto de ley sabiendo que en 10 años no va a estar ninguno de nosotros. Hay que planificar cómo debería ser la comunicación de la Policía, hay que invertir en antenas de comunicación para localizar a tus policías, por ejemplo”. “Eso lo pudimos hacer en Capital Federal, en planes a 10, 15 o 20 años que mejoran porque evoluciona la tecnología. Yo puedo tener todos los adelantos tecnológicos y el mejor equipamiento de la Policía del mundo pero si no tengo buenos policías, no sirve”, manifestó Montenegro.
Por último, subrayó el trabajo en conjunto con el Ministerio de Seguridad provincial. “Siempre lo dije, el laburo en conjunto y la coordinación, es clave. Tengo una relación de trabajo con Sergio Berni que se remonta al 2009. Planificamos, ordenamos, pero siempre estamos en la calle”, y añadió que “trabajamos juntos en el primer Operativo Sol. Un fin de semana con mucha gente lo llamé, vino en helicóptero y puso los recursos. Esto habla de tener una conexión con gente con la que venimos trabajando en la misma especialidad, más allá de las diferencias del partido político que cada uno representa. Todos queremos fortalecer la seguridad en Mar del Plata”.
