El Concejo Deliberante aprobó por unanimidad la Ordenanza elevada por el Ejecutivo local, creando el Régimen de Promoción en la Elaboración, Distribución y Comercialización de Bebidas Espirituosas Artesanales.
A través de esta normativa, se busca impulsar la instalación de destilerías en Mar del Plata. “Detrás de la producción de bebidas espirituosas, hay mano de obra local, mucho trabajo marplatense”, celebró el Secretario de Desarrollo Productivo e Innovación.
El Concejo Deliberante aprobó este jueves por unanimidad el proyecto de Ordenanza elevado por el Ejecutivo local para impulsar la elaboración, distribución y comercialización de Bebidas Espirituosas Artesanales. De esta manera, se creará un Régimen el cual brindará un marco legal para la instalación de destilerías en el Partido de Gral. Pueyrredon.
El secretario de Desarrollo Productivo, Fernando Muro, celebró la aprobación de la Ordenanza ya que “detrás de la producción de bebidas espirituosas, hay mucha mano de obra local, mucho trabajo marplatense”. “Las destilerías ya pueden radicarse en Mar del Plata, y ya no se ven obligadas a irse a municipios vecinos para producir. Por eso, queremos brindarles un apoyo total para que esta industria pueda desarrollarse plenamente”, añadió.
De acuerdo a lo establecido en la normativa, la elaboración y comercialización de dichas bebidas deberá ser realizada cumpliendo lo estipulado por el Código Alimentario Argentino, por cuenta propia del productor, en pequeña escala y estar ejecutada fundamentalmente de modo manual, sin o con ayuda de maquinaria cuyo empleo no implique prescindir de la mano de obra directa, incorporando un valor diferencial positivo respecto de sus homólogos industriales.
La Ordenanza también prevé la creación del Registro de Productores Artesanales de Bebidas Espirituosas, donde deberán inscribirse todos los productores. Asimismo, los establecimientos destinados a la producción de Bebidas Espirituosas Artesanales podrán incorporar áreas de degustación, comercialización y promoción del producto.
