En esta oportunidad, estuvieron en vigencia las restricciones nocturnas a la circulación decretadas por el gobierno nacional y provincial.
En este marco, y tras el decreto municipal 44/2021, que tiene por objetivo dar cumplimiento a la normativa, la Subsecretaría de Inspección General recorrió los principales paseos comerciales y corredores gastronómicos: Peatonal San Martín, Rivadavia, Belgrano, Güemes, Constitución, H. Yrigoyen, Alem, y otros puntos de la ciudad, verificando el distanciamiento, el cumplimiento de protocolo y el acatamiento al horario de cierre de los locales comerciales.
En relación al horario de cierre, se procedió a la clausura de tres locales: un bar ubicado en la avenida Constitución al 4500, otro en Buenos Aires 1900, y el último en Tucumán y Falucho. A su vez, se verificaron 75 comercios, a fin de verificar el correcto funcionamiento de las salidas de emergencia, la vigencia de las cargas de los matafuegos, la habilitación municipal, el cumplimiento del Protocolo Provincial de funcionamiento gastronómico Covid 19 y del decreto municipal 44/2021, la difusión musical y el permiso de espectáculo.
Durante los controles nocturnos, se realizaron 4 actas de constatación: una a un balneario de las playas del sur y dos a un teatro céntrico, por no cumplir con el protocolo de funcionamiento gastronómico provincial (baile y sin distanciamiento). La cuarta infracción fue realizada a una despensa ubicada en Gascón al 1800.
Además, se labraron dos actas en vía pública por venta ambulante. En líneas generales se certificó un alto acatamiento de los comercios gastronómicos a la normativa en lo relacionado al horario de cierre de los comercios, sin presentarse inconvenientes al respecto.
En cuanto a fiestas clandestinas, anoche se recibieron 19 denuncias de las cuales 10 fueron desarticuladas por la Secretaría de Seguridad de la comuna en conjunto con Inspección General y fuerzas de seguridad de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
En total, fueron retiradas más de 110 personas de todas las reuniones en las que se intervino.
